Since 2021, she has been an Ambassador for Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association (ANZMHA) as a Lived Experience Advocate in the Mental Health space. Additionally, as a Gidget Angel (Gidget Foundation), she shares her journey with PNDA to support parents experiencing Postnatal Depression and Anxiety across Australia. She has founded an online community named PNDA Warrior Tribe to expand on this advocacy with over 100 active members.Ā
Since leaving the corporate world Tammy now runs the Social Enterprise she founded - Unlimited NOW Network, which consolidates all her brands under one umbrella. This incorporates:

Tammy was the founder of the nationalĀ ā100 days of Kicking fear in the butt' (KFITB) challenge in 2022. KFITB aims to increase social connections, mental wellness, and improved mood whilst reducing social isolation, disconnection, and widespread fear. The campaign is open to all Australians to raise awareness and funds for the charity partners. In 2022, donations were raised for five national charities, including: Bears of Hope, Friends with Dignity, Friend in Me, Gidget Foundation and R U OK?Ā
Now in 2023 Tammy is releasing a number of products with purpose of which core to this are three children's books and a Little Paws, Big Roars Journal along with the Unlimited NOW App that has been designed to support you and your family atĀ work and home.Ā
